1. This product is suitable for polyethylene and copolymers of various complex shapes and densities; suitable for larger processing tolerances, filled composite materials, etc., with high operating temperature, excellent pressure cracking resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance; can be grafted to the polymer main chain to modify other polymers such as polyethylene, so that the side chain has the ester group of this product, which serves as an active point for warm water cross-linking; 2. Used in glass fiber, it can effectively improve the bonding force between the mechanical properties of glass fiber products (bending strength, tensile strength, etc.) and the matrix (various resins, including thermosetting and thermoplastic types, etc.); 3. Used as a post-additive for inks and coatings to make the inks and coatings have excellent film hardness and brightness; improve the adhesion of optical fiber coatings; 4. As a reinforcing agent and cross-linking accelerator, it is widely used in composite materials, coatings, inks, glues, and sealing materials. It can also be used as a resin modification additive and enzyme fixative; 5. As a cross-linking agent, it can be used for silane cross-linked polyethylene cables and pipes; in the wire and cable industry, this coupling agent is used to treat clay-filled peroxide cross-linked EPDM systems, which improves the consumption factor and specific inductance and capacitance; 6. Copolymerized with vinyl acetate and acrylic or methacrylic monomers, these polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives and sealants to provide excellent adhesion and durability. |
