Main Applications
1. Mainly used to couple organic polymers and inorganic substances to make the two chemically bonded into a whole to improve various physical and mechanical properties, electrical properties, water resistance, aging resistance, etc. of the polymer. It is suitable for coupling polymers include thermosetting resins, such as epoxy, phenolic, polyurethane, melamine, and nitrile phenolic; hot-melt resins, such as polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, and polyamide; elastomers, polysulfide rubber, and polyurethane rubber etc.
2. Mainly improves the performance of resin laminated materials such as epoxy, phenolic, melamine, and furan. It is also effective for polypropylene, polyethylene, polyacrylate, silicone, polyamide, polycarbonate, and polyvinyl cyanide.
3. It is used as a glass fiber finishing agent and is also widely used in glass beads, white carbon black, talc, mica, clay, fly ash and other silicon-containing substances.
