SF-SRC350 is vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, prepared using a special process. It has a special hyperbranched molecular structure, high reactivity, rapid curing, and stable release force at various speeds.

Main Applications

This product is mainly used for Industrial papers, films, labels.

Recommended usage ratio
    Release agent SF-SRC350 is an addition curing product. Each component needs to be mixed evenly according to the specified ratio.
It is recommended to apply the liquid according to the following steps. The equipment should be kept clean and dry, preferably stainless steel or glass structure.
1. Add cross-linking agent such as XL58 cross-linking agent and stir evenly.
2. Add catalyst such as Pt5000 catalyst and stir evenly again.
3. The following formula is recommended:

SF-SRC350	CrosslinkerXL58	Catalyst Pt5000	Other additives
100	3.3-3.5	0.7-0.8	/

     
The viscosity of the compounded coating solution changes with time and environment. At 25°C, the coating solution is usable within 6 hours.



Usage and precautions
Direct contact with eyes or skin may cause mild irritation which can be relieved by flushing eyes with water for 15 minutes. Safety glasses and rubber or plastic gloves should be worn when using this product.
